⏱️ Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders are subject to verification and payment authorization prior to fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order that cannot be verified or authorized.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with major carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post, to deliver your order. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be presented at checkout. Carrier selection is at our sole discretion unless a specific carrier is requested and confirmed at the time of purchase.
💲 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
📍 Undeliverable Packages & Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. In the event a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment.
⚠️ Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting documentation. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or customs processing.
🛃 Customs & Import Regulations (Canada)
International shipments to Canada may be subject to inspection and clearance by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees assessed by customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.
